@minion CbN has a point though. We need to close one gap for greater good of all. See SC is saying EC should count atleast 5 VVPATs per constituency. Ikkada daaka OK... What SC or EC is leaving things in Grey area is... What if one of the 5 VVPATs do not tally with the EVM? What do they do in that scenario???
