Other requirement is that the birth certificate must be in english language (if it has telugu/hindi then it also should have line to line translation in english just below/above the hindi/telugu sentences. | ||

if you were born in hospital, hospital can give a letter. if no proof then first register in the village with vao/sarpanch and get a letter that your birth date is registered and then take it to MRO office they will issue a letter. I followed the vao/sarpanch --> MRO route for US GC and it worked for me. | ||

You are right. No Birth certificate issued AFTER few months(at most 1 years I guess but not sure) of your birth, even issued by the God, is valid for Immigration purpose.(Remember to note the DATE of CERTIFICATE ISSUED here) The only way is NABC+Affidavit (NABC: Non Availability of Birth Certificate/Details). Here NABC MUST be issued by the government authority local to the place of your birth indicated on your current valid passport. Affidavit must be issued by an elder(who is 16 years or old at the time of your birth) known to your family(including your teachers/Society elders etc) | ||

Where from you got this number 3 ? Its a trash.. You just need one affidavit by anyone who is known about your mother and older than 16 years or more at the time of your birth. (if you have an official reference for that number 3, please share it - OFFICIAL REFERENCE). | ||
