Latest update from Overseas Friends of BJP (OFBJP) on fake University row:
Dear Friends,
Government of India has issued a Demarche to US on detention of Indian students in a fake university row. As per the Demarche, US ambassador to India will appear before MEA and PMO. Modi administration is asking US administration to transfer the students to recognized universities and release them. Meanwhile, Indian embassy and consulate officials armed with details of detainees have met the students in some of the detention centers . Since US government officials are not working during weekend, we are expecting some news/ resolution by Monday or Tuesday evening . Meanwhile, one may call the hotline provided by the Embassy. I request not to subscribe to information from any other source because it will cause confusion. Hoping for the best.

Yes, let them enroll and study legally for one year and let them try again next time if they are willing to. or after one year of study they are eligible to apply CPT legally.
