If the intention is to lose weight, then Jogging with reduced intake of calories/carbs must.

none of these are correct measure for good calorie burn. pedda difference koodaa padadu.

Say 60 mins 4 mph brisk walking will burn 450 calories, then same 60 mins 6 mph jogging will burn say a 100 to 120 calories more, but more exhausting.

alaa ani cheyoddu ani kaadu, but the real determining factor is diet and calorie intake.

a typical adult male requires 2400 calories per 24 hours. with our sedentary lives, it may as well be 2100 calories every 24 hours. Just count the number of calories approx that we consume within those 24 hours, easily over 3000 calories. There comes the question. What can you do to decrease the calorie consumption, and more importantly what can you do to burn some of those excess calories stored in the body as fat.

Eat less, eat right food, avoid complex carbs completely, eat mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats only, and brisk walk for just 40 mins each day, every day, for a total of 7 to 8 months. A calorie-deficit, coupled with simple calorie burning will do wonders. But the most important thing to do any of this is discipline and motivation. Take One a Day Men's and Vitamin D3 supplements, 1 tablet each, every night before sleep.

Basically your body burns 2000 calories a day ..Without any excercise.. So the idea to lose weight is to eat less than 2000 calories a day while excercising to burn more calories..

3500 calories a week should make you lose 1 pound... So ala plan cheskuntu velithe depending on your target it will work

Secondly VRK or KEto diet is also a good idea.. One week VRK lo I lost 3 kgs.. After that I stopped and tried to maintain decent eating habits..I put on 1 kg.. So VRK diet chesi target weight reach ayyaka maintain healthy eating habits to not put on all teh lost weight
