10% is specifically reserved for economically backward classes. Maybe it can be subdivided based on salary bands, but how can you divide it on caste? I don't think it will stand in court.

There is no basic structure doctrine in the constitution itself

It is created by judges in Keshavanda bharti judgement where every judge defined it in their own way and if I am correct it was a 7-6 decision

No other democracy has this kind of rulings

Anyway basic strcuture is old fad current fad of the supreme Court Justice is constitutional morality which is above everything as of now

Let's see constitutional morality vs basic doctrine which will work this time
