I meant state Govt has not asked supreme court, State Govt woke up in second week of December when they got tip off from their sources in PMO and was lobbying with PMO office They first tried to extend,but when they came to know was not possible..they try to delay the notification I don't know why you want to waste time for issue that does not matters you at all.You are not official spokesperson for TDP or at working in AP I have not even gave so much explanation,even when i was late by a day | ||

Do you know that AP state Govt approached PMO,few days back and asked for 23 months extension for High court completion.PMO was ready to do and consulted legal dept.but they said that can not change the date as it supreme court order and request state Govt to approach Supreme court.But we still cry on central Govt] // mari morning asalu state govt adagha ledu annav? its not 23 months its 2-3 months they asked . first of all the supreme court order didnt mention abnout start date it only told to notify and left the discretion of start date to centre. now you are saying its revenge since cbn went agsinst. taht is my point and rthanks for agreeing dont cry saying CBN didnt asked to extend another 2-3 months . | ||

from first to last. 1) Two years back TRS filed a public interest litigation in high court for division of courts stating that we will run both the state govt courts in hyderabad only. 2) The reorganisation states that the courts will be divided when a.p govt has constructed the buildings in a.p 3) The High court deneid the PIL filed by TRS lawyers stating that we cannot have two state govt courts in single state differently . 4) there will be ninety day time period to appeal this PIL in sumpreme court but no one went to supremecourt. 5) when CBN went against modi goverment starting this year, the central govt itself filed the petition appealing in supremecourt for division on courts. 6) As this case is going towards a bench which normally favors bjp govt , CBN sensing this filed a affidavit stsating that we will construct the buildings by DEC 31st. the reason did that was he doesnt want a.p high court get notified in hyderabad area even though it is common capitol for ten years that will a chance of judges getting influenced by trs govt as they stay in hyderabad. 7) in october a.p govt filed another affidavit stating that we will complete by jan 15th . 8) the supreme court order never stated that courts should function by jan 1st but they told in their order that notification issued by jan 1st . there is difference between notificatsion date and start date. 9) the a.p govt sent an representation to centre recently to have the start date in feb or march and told them to inform 30 days in advance of the start date. iikkadaki vachi edavamante morning to evening edavatam kaadu. just check with any senior lawyer in a.p bar council you will know all the details. you can also get the court orders also if you have interest. manaki crying in primary anukunte meeku enduku jsut cry baby.
