Looks like the rice didnt cook completely, too much oil &turmeric.... Dum biryani u have to soak, precook 50% the basmati rice - then have the gravy prepared seperately Spread it in multiple layers cook in Oven/cooker/Saute Instant Pot on low heat for long duration.. rice has to be grainy and cooked, absorbing the spices... ikkada baga patchy ga vachinatlu undi.. brahma satyam jagan-mithyä jivo brahmaiva näparah | ||

No it’s fully cooked...the shade is due to the kitchen location.... It’s dark there except small lamp.... And it’s fried before hand adding to the instapot...
