Max 6 months is correct. The point is, when a CM dissolves the assembly and goes for early polls, there has to be a reason. For e.g. 1985, NTR went for early elections due to political instability as the reason. In 2003, CBN went for early elections with law and order as the reason. What was kcr's REASON? And why were elections conducted in a hurry when there is up to 6 months of Presidents rule ? | ||
