There is nothing written in the constitution regarding what a governor should do in this regard When the matter go to court, the fight will be on case-by-case basis only. Arguments based on "this happened in karnataka" etc will not hold ground Governor's only rule to abide by is to form a stable government which is left to his discretion | ||

Here is what my TG rural friend told me: Koulu rythulu are very unhappy about rythubandhu as they are not getting anything and it only helps rich who r already rich. on the other hand, 2 bed room homes annaru avi levu. Congress vaste - 2 lakhs runa mafee for ppl with less than 5 acre owner and 50K for ppl who got approved for houses (though no 2 bedroom homes). If TRS+MIM is greater than kutami, If MIM gives letter in support of TRS...governor will invite kcr...in that case even courts will not be able to do anything....BJP might give a letter saying they won't support Kutami...Governor has a responsibility to invite someone who is vapable of proving the majority | ||

There is no rule in Constitution.It is discretion left to Governor Check Sarkaria commission's recommendations in case of hung assembly They gave four options to Governor, and one of it is inviting pre-poll or poll poll alliances | ||
