TTs ati pakkana pedite, CBN is one of the best chief ministers of independent India. What a fcking vision for someone who comes from a remote village of AP. He missed out on major promises like 2 bed room houses, intiki oka udyogam, intiki oka nalla etc. Masses lo bagane tittukuntunnaru dora ni. Roads are like deep s**t especially when it rains. I have seen cars floating in water near mind space area (inorbit to ikea roads). Ikea teesukuvachi center lo pettaru, traffic has become even more horrendous. do you know the incentives given to KIA ? Apart from incentives,I think not only gave land at discounted rate ,and spent Rs 300 crores on Leveling land and building compound wall,and another Rs 100 cores on laying dedicated water pipe line to site from Tungabadra and more money on roads and electric substation Yes,it is fully OK to give incentives and facilities.I am not against it .But don's say that only AP CM was deciding factor.KIA's first choice was TN and second was KA.Since Jayalalitha was sick and they has no cooperation/enthusiasm form TN govt(also Officers's corruption),they started looking alternate location near to their existing suppliers ecosystem.Between KA and AP they chose AP cos of more incentives offered ..Yes Babu was proactive and was ready to give more than they have asked for.Credit should be given. The reason they chose ATP has location is obvious.Had they chosen Vizag or some other place and with out Govt giving any incentives than CBN should get 200% credit for it.
