I did it when I’m 20...... This and other is Ravi Shankar soham session of 40 min...., After the session....sevasana......one session of this sort in sevasana..... I can proudly say I’m one of few who didn’t undergo any change .....in most sessions it’s like nanigadu said and in one session out of 180 people attended....after doing In sevasana....they said everyone to wake up...... Surprise.....only 4 out of 180 didn’t sleep and I’m one of them...... Even my friends slept.....it’s funny to the core..... Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time.
