new passport number doesnt matter under section 4. they know that passports do expire. all they care about is country of issuance and expiry based on which they will extend. so 11.b lo give old passport nuimber tied to I94 and its expiry date..and under section 4, new expirty date. they dont need ur new passport...straight ga adigindi adiginattu fill..no own thought process. Need help with passport number on I-539 application..My daughter's I-94 was issued with old passport number which is expired an year back and got a new passport. Now we are applying H4 extension and which passport number should be given under 11.b on I-539. Instructions says old one but there is no column to enter new passport number. Under part 4 we can enter only expiry date and country of issuance. can anyone please help with it? |
