He got a job somewhere else. Coming back to the original question. India lo unna konni unofficial things kontha mandi kompa munchuthayi. Btw, there is a recent provision where a company that is non operational can be "struck off" without being liquidated. Do examine that provision. apparently it is quite easy. | ||

Same to same situation for me too. Oka 2-3 companies lo directors ga unna, they are doing no business. Closing a business is a nightmare in India, but to file returns and pay the CA 5-10 K every year for showing zero income and zero expenses is shit. Anduke i have quit the directorships and made some relatives as directors as i don't want the disqualification to hit me professionally as i have to be director elsewhere.

I wouldn't completely discredit the person who is disqualified under section 164(2)(a) of companies act 2013. Memu 2010 lo oka catering company pettamu. My mother and one friend are directors in that company. The business did not take off. we wanted to close that in 2012. CA ki chepthe akkarledu evvadu pattinchukodu. close cheyyalante pedda pani and hazzle. asalu income profits leni company ki close cheyyadaniki chala mandi ki bribes ivvali lite teesukundamu ani cheppadu. India lo ee rogam undi kada professionals like CAs, doctors and lawyers get offended when we try to suggest them things related to their profession. so we took it easy. In 2016 my friend joined as a director in a big startup. In 2017 when they were filing the returns of that start up, the system was not allowing the return filing. after investigation it was found that the reason was because my friend was the director in that. He was banned to be the director of any private company until 2020. same is the case with my mother. They are innocents but facing the same issue as something which was a norm earlier is now a crime. I am not sure whether the disqualification is a result of restrospective application of the law which is a bit controversy at the moment and whether Kutumba Rao has challenged it... disqualification comes as a result of not furnishing returns for 3 continuous financial years Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!! | ||
