did anyone take health insurance from marketplace? I need to get separate insurance for my daughter, so looking for alternatives. all our therapists are quitting and we are not able to switch to any other companies as they won't accept cigna. i've made innumerable calls to our insurance company, therapy clinics etc....no one says why they can't take cigna and cigna says clinics have to approach them. My company's enrollment period is done with and I couldn't switch company due to my other daughter's situation. The other option is to take secondary insurance - is healthcare.gov marketplace the better choice? i see that there is an enrollment window for that too - ending on dec 12. for one kid a silver tier insurance from marketplace is costing 245$ per month, with $1500 deductible and $5k coinsurance...daarunam...that on top of insurance i pay through employer and this secondary one won't even have tax benefit (would have been helpful in my case). |
