I think according to deal agreement with Govt,they can not sell it to third party with out prior permission.But they have sold it to Myhome and other builders When myhome approached the govt for registration,they refused to register citing rules. But later got registered (may be modifying rules or through court ,i don't know).The oppostion/Revant Reddy saw scam in this .But myhome said,we have paid DLF and bought it from them | ||

Rameswara Rao is a self made man no doubt about it. Like you rightly said, even before 2014, My Home group may have been super duper affluent due to their stake at Maha cement. My comments are about his meteoric rise in the construction business since TRS came into power. Even if KCR wasn't in power, he probably would be in the top 5-10. But support from government elevated him to an undisputed #1. They have 4 huge ventures in and around the prime-st area of Gachibowli - Abhra (Inorbit), Avatar & Vihanga (Narsingi) and Bhuja (Gachibowli cross roads) all in the vicinity of about 7-10 kms. PS: one strong rumor around Hyderabad is that Nayeem was eliminated because he screwed with Rameswara Rao. | ||

TSIIC auctioned lands and DLF got a land, but that was not allowed to develop as it has some ancient rocks and court has rules against it So My Home got it transferred to it and got the new land allocated to it from TSIIC instead of the land that was earlier allocated | ||
