AP state government not granting permission to CBI for new investigations in AP is a wrong step. Granted - CBI has been compromised like never before in it's history. But still - they should have not have done this! In KA, Siddaramiah faced tremendous pressure and a case of suicide of a young IAS officer was made to look like a murder - but eventually the truth came out. So CBN should have withstood that pressure. | ||

Irrespective of any consents, CBI enquiry can be constituted only in 2 ways 1) State itself requests for CBI Enquiry 2) HC or SC Orders for CBI Enquiry ( Jagan's Case, 2G case, Adarsh scam etc ) ee 2 ways kaakundaa, there is no way CBI enquiry can be ordered.
