we used to have a bowler who used to rotate his arm twice, i.e. release the ball in the second rotation....baagane confusing ga undedhi to play him | ||

Same can be said for batting no.... It takes great skill to bowl right line, length and any deviation with normal bowling action. It takes twice or more skill to do what this bowler did... Why should batsmen be allowed to switch and not bowlers? I think the rule can be modified.
