I consider Bangalore cheaper than hyd, if t consider rental ROI. For a given ecosystem, land is cheaper in Bangalore than hyd. TDP accepts that YSR govt irrigated 19lac acres in seemandhra, in 1991, AP debt is 22% of GSDP, in 2004 its 34% of GSDP, in 2014 its 22% of GSDP. now, 35% of AP GSDP. | ||

monna oka gated comm. choodataaniki vellaam. reasonable sqft price. 2400 sqft apartment at 5000/sq.ft in nanakramguda. so far so good. then started struggle. clubhouse, parking, utilities, floor rise, view premium, corner premium, reserves etc oka 20 lakhs + vesaadu. on top GST is 12%, and 6% registration. tadisi 1.7cr ayyindi. moosukuni venaki vochchaam. It became very costly to buy a gated apartment. plots better for investment. | ||

Yeah also they reshuffled the districts like shadnagar is now a part of RR district so the prices almost reached 3-5 times. My relative bought land there for 1700 Sq TD now it is going for 7-8K. Not sure if they converted it to municipality | ||
