I consider Bangalore cheaper than hyd, if t consider rental ROI. For a given ecosystem, land is cheaper in Bangalore than hyd.

in 1991, AP debt is 22% of GSDP, in 2004 its 34% of GSDP, in 2014 its 22% of GSDP. now, 35% of AP GSDP.

It became very costly to buy a gated apartment. plots better for investment.

Yeah also they reshuffled the districts like shadnagar is now a part of RR district so the prices almost reached 3-5 times. My relative bought land there for 1700 Sq TD now it is going for 7-8K. Not sure if they converted it to municipality

Real estate aithe Booming in and around Hyderabad.

I bought few plots outside of Outer ring road last year they are more than doubled.
Even the one I bought 2 months back increased 50%. Not sure if it’s artificial boom or real.

Thinking about selling a couple as the rates are all time high

MMTS needed 10 years to click. Metro will click in Hyderabad over next couple of years as well because of the population and the better than driving.
