There was heavy unemployment during early and mid eighties in india and so in andhra. It was almost a household problem. There were many graduates without jobs and situation was bad.. One of the ways Ntr tried to address this problem was by reducing the retirement age. It will open several jobs and the graduates will get employed. So intent was good but he made a mistake in calculation that most of these guys were not ready for retirement with several responsibilities pending.. so there were unexpected results. Ultimately, employees won court case and got their money in back wages!! | ||
