Some people do this. If they filed for 250K, they are looking to settle under 100K. But as Time pass said, forward this to the insurance he used for that claim(when that accident happened). One of my colleague , he jumped the signal as he couldn't see the red light.. Signal jump taruvata , pakka nunchi vastunna bike tagilindi anta car back side ki and that other american guy has very small injuries . Happened almost 1 yr back. Now that guy has sent some notice with his attorney for an amount of 250 K anta.. is this expected, how to go about this ? Though this is covered through insurance for 100K , is this expected with this huge amount for very small minor injury. Any suggestions how to go about or approach this situation. |
