Does we have enough time to shove another candidate before senate term expires. In that scenario, it’s war in mid term. If reps loose, they not only miss chance to appoitn conservative. SCOTUS stays 4-4 which means next lower court ie dc courts appeals decision is final. Currently that court is dominate by liberals. Stakes are 2 high and a miss will Cost 30 years in SCotus | ||

If this was done 10 days back, he would have been confirmed by now!! There would not have been that 'Fox interview'. He woulfd not be outed as a liar. His belligerent drunken behavior will have been overlooked as teenage trouble .. and He would have gone on to have illustrious career for 20 - 30 years!! If he clears FBI, he will get atteast 3 Democratic votes. There was never a SC judge that went on with only partisan vote. Trump mark politics should go away. Today is not about Kavanaugh .
