Gotcha: kaadu le 15 years back ee when applying for h1b tell any relevant courses u studied for ur job ani adigindi maa lawyer. Ee denial valu self file chesi untaru

denial reason - "Speciality Occupation - Job is not a speciality occupation because there is no single course of study preparing someone to work in this occupation. "
ante deeni meaning, okka relevant course kuda ledu ani kadu....what he means is that for this specific job type, there isn't a specific "degree" / "course of study" that one could do to prepare for this job...which is a ridiculous reason because other than lawyers and doctors, very few IT jobs have "specific degrees" that ppl could do to prepare for the job |

My question was, when they want to outsource why Infy? They have Verizon data services in India. Hyd and Chennai lo around 5-6K untaaru
