for Graphite india that issue is there for last 5 years..since then it slowly reducing its capacity.. at present even if NGT stops GI production in banglore..Yearly production not to be impacted, GI does only graphitisation at Bangalore, Production can be shifted to other plants . If closed, would impact only 1% of GI`s EBITDA. in case GI has to close Bangalore plant, it is huge land parcel and is in IT hub area.it is a fortune for the investers.land cost is 600 cr.. if stock corrects its good time to load it.. | ||

Bhayya..those will get normalize over the time with time and price correction.. for example: Comapany A is trading at 900 rs with EPS of 10 rs..so its PE is 90. in next one year Company A price is corrected to 700 rs..despite of its EPS of 14 (eps growth of 40% in this one year)..Now its PE is 50.. like that it will get normalize...this stock will get doubled in next 2 years..that price is 1400 with an EPS of 24 (30% CAGR earnings growth)..then PE is still 58.. thast how it works n long run.. | ||

Thanks for the recos. I was one of the lucky ones to get DMart in IPO. Sold it immediately for gains as I was under the impression of large P/E! Never entered again as it seemed more of a bubble. But its going even stronger!! Thanks. Do agree. Some of my small and mid caps have corrected from 10-30% and I do not see them recovering in the next one/two years! Ex: Munjal auto, Fiberweb, South India, Indbank Merchants, etc So trying to beef up my pf with non-volatile stocks and blue chips. Be Kool | ||

10% of loss in PF...No need to worry brother .. small cap index corrected 25% and Mid cap index corrected 20%.. only thing you need to make sure that quality stocks in your PF.. these some of quality stocks corrected because of neither fundamentals problem nor results problem.. its because of PORTFOLIO RESTRUCTURING by AMCs as per SEBI and ASM etc.. there are lot of mid cap and small cap quality stocks which has got corrected..and its good time to load them.. remember correction is very much important in the market.. | ||

first one he referred Avenue super market..which is trading at PE of 110 which is growing at 50% second one he referred Bajaj finance and HDB fin.. Bajaj fin is trading at PE of 52 and will trade at premium in future also atleast for next 5 years due to it growth of 40-45%.. It is operating in area where there is huge opportunity..3-4 players easily survive in this area due to opportunity size..BF is grabbing market share day by day.. Quality+high growth (~40%+) financials trade at 8-10 times book and ~50PE(Au,Bandhan, B fin). The way market sees them is: they will trade at normal valuations i.e. ~4x book/ 30PE but in FY22 (just as other high quality but 25-30% growing financials are valued today). So till there is any question mark on growth or quality, this difference would remain, quantum can vary based on market sentiments/quarterly performance. In last 2 qtrs growth surpassed market expectations, and quantum increased. Now it is more a question of individual’s portfolio risk management as to what allocation one would do to these high growth names vs others. the moat of this company is increasingly getting stronger with each passing day. Dare I say, it is becoming impregnable now. The closest competitor to this company in it key segments till last year was Capital First. However, with the integration with IDFC Bank, Mr. Vaidyanathan has his hands full now, thus allowing Bajaj Finance to have a free run and keep increasing its market share. Frankly speaking, I don’t see any credible competitor to Bajaj Finance for at least 3 more years. I am still holding pharma around 35% of overall portfolio. competition is there..but during tough times smaller players will be wiped out of the market and quality and bigger ones will survive and grab the market share. rising interest rates is temporary problem for whole sector not only for Bajaj finance. and interest rate cycle is the way of life . bajaj finance has seen lot of interest rate cycles in the past and stood very well | ||

When value is created and there is clear earnings visibility (except cyclical stocks) i would prefer.. Earlier I might have told in the context of peak valuations.. I have truck loaded in Bajaj finance during correction in demonitisation times..
