Never used them...but they raised good money and seem to be a good company. Pedda risk emi undadu when you are selling....they will clearly spell what is the selling price and what are the sellingcosts...their main advantage is cutting down on real estate commissions and not every one might have the energy/time to find contractors and complete the repairs when they are moving. | ||
