GVK , GMR are very professional .. banks antha easy ga loans ivvavu track record leka pote ... They delivered huge projects like Mumbai , delhi , airports... There are other issues like over ambitions... errors in estimating growth , interest rates ..and revneus and profits.. This is where lanco failed miserably .... GVK brought down their debt to 16k ... they sold our some projects. They want to do busiessn and thats why they are doing that. Lanco was very very agressive ... they pulled off so many Projects ... all are 1024MW projects ..once they bidded for 4k megawatt project too. Too aggressive ..in the end profit went to interst payment and yearly -ve 2000 to 4000 loss .. kavuri company ...gone down like any thing... pretty much all companies are in trouble because over ambitions and high interest rates and un successful BOT projects. Gayatri projects is doing really good. They have concentrated more on EPC . very less on BOT.
