only 1 moving part in the entire garage door opener just one damn cog wheel less noise, little slower than chamberlain, zenie, liftmaster etc.. but no maintenance, no repairs... u wouldn't hear it even if u r downright standing under it... so less noise n sturdy... the whole kit about 350-400$ Anything German Made...way 2 go...
