US lo kooda TMobile vadu emergencies lo free data adi idi antadu. But Verizon data throttling on unlimited data plans is due their inefficiency at handling high data flow. But ikkada issue sounds like they had 2GB per month (as an example)data plan lo data motham vadesi emergency appudu ledu ante it won't work.
