It’s Indian companies which might not have reserves. Ideally they borrow dollars against dollar operations so they have a natural forex hedge. Some times companies just borrow dollars in dollars due to low dollar interest and convert to rupee and vice versa when they pay back. In stress times like now any additional demand for dollars on top of fiis withdrawing plus oil dollars etc will be bad ani bhavam anukunta | ||
