Humans have negligible observatory skillllls... r still unable to learn from our own nature... Why the heck no one ever thought about why only Lion is the King of the Jungle???? Simple... It only eats meat n hunts only when itz hungry... Almost same concepte ippudu VRK cheppedi... wrt diet... We should have observed n followed this behaviour verryyyy long back into our diet... However, itz stilll ok that we r atleast thinking in such a route after so many complex diet structures n medicines...
