So Was Trying to Find out If anyone else Got a H4 Extension without Submitting a Marriage Certificate. Also If Marriage Certificate is a MUST then the MC thats issued at Indian Embassy will that be Considered as a Valid doc ? These Two are the Primary Questions that I have. | ||

Boys and Girls, Need Some Info - Is Marriage Certificate Mandatory for a H4 Extension ??? Actually Our Marital Relationship is already Established on our Respective Passports (Like her Passport has Me as her Spouse and My Passport has her as my Spouse) Even after this We still Need to Submit a Marriage Certificate for H4 Extension ??? If YES, the Marriage Certificate thats Issued by Indian Embassy here will be Considered a Valid document or You Need to produce the one that's Issued in India by a Sub Registrar. Please Suggest and Advice. Thank You. |
