I think the work is in progress. may be ... we should accept the actual LOC as the border and go and build the wall/fence. Even with the fence/wall, tunnels can be digged to carry few infiltrants to India, but numbers will be very less. they are giving back the karma to others and even their community, too. For example, the west European countries developed their skillful armies due to muslims [crusades was the reason]. After crusades, Euro countries fought among themselves, like Britain vs France etc. This military skill was useful for them later, when the colonized rest of the world. Due to colonization, they got plenty of resources and became rich. Without muslims and their invasions, all this would not have happened for European countries.
