Going to start veeramachineni. Saw almost all videos. Basically he is telling us about detox. Which foods not to eat..how to choose only oned that are natural and organic.... Which also promote local sourcing and local economies. Just brilliant.

I did VRK diet for 3 weeks in January .
After i am not following that
However I ensure if i had heavy lunch,skip dinner.
Also only millets and mornings Bulletproof coffee

I reduced 2 more kgs from past 7 months .I am eating ice cream frequently and weekends biryani
But I ensure I have heavy stuff only once a day and take light food.

I think diet helps in bringing food control ie low dependency on carbs
But I entha buy his argument that you can sustain weight by getting back to original diet
Atleast my case it helped me reach target weight in a challenge but came back to original in 2 months.
If you continue discipline it helps, also probably for diabetics. But I appreciate his effort though

I am not following his diet as it is but by just following his philosophy pf lo carb high fat, I lost 6 lb in 7 days.

And I dont miss carbs.
