ikkada if you work 18 months you are availed 3 years of maternaty leave with full salary and 12-18 months of paternaty leave with full salary... while dutch... 16 weeks of maternity leave and daycare allowance by the government till the child reaches 10 years.... paternaty leave is 3-4 weeks for father.. all above mentioned are fully paid leaves... man in love. | ||

are the companies giving it... I have a doubt...because after every year an employee is mandated 28 days of paid leave similarly he gets paternity and maternity leaves... but I got very contradicting results wrt US companies some says they give and some say not... whats the truth in this??? man in love. |
