He criticized Jagan for his cases, but his past cases on stay & present corruption charges & note for vote case etc , 4). Again he boasted for development of Hyderabad & IT industries, though Hyderabad us more than 400 years old & every successive ruler, CM developed it ! Industrial corridors are interstate infrastructure projects, totally taken up by the centre, stats only have to provide land, so how CBN demand for funds ? 5). He didn't provide land & other information for Kadapa Steel plant sofar to sanction & establish it by centre, as he don't want it to be in Kadapa as it boosts the political strength of Jagan only ! He is not interested in Duggarajapatnam port as it is nearer to Ramayapatnam port of his friend, Navayuga, whose business will be affected ! So centre asked to identify new land, but CBN is not interested but asked for a special economic zone (SEZ), in its place, so it is pending ! 6). The Kammani TDP leaders are not interested in Railway Zone at Vizag, as they want it at Vijayawada or Guntur, so CBN is not pursuing Vizag Railway Zone seriously, as revealed by Railway Ministry & Railway Board, , but only shedding crocodile tears ! 7). Unless relief & rehabilitation is done for the thousands of farmers, for their thousands of acres of land going to be submerged, Polavaram project will not move further ! Centre is not accepting the revised CBN estimate of 59,000 crores, as it is enormously boosted for CBN corruption to buy voters in next election & to purchase MLAs & MPs after elections to come to power through back door ! 8). Centre is unhappy that CBN submitted fake UC having completed construction of Secretariat, Assembly & HC un Amaravati, a total fraud, so capital funds will not be released, as the 500 crores each given for underground drainage in Vijayawada & Guntur, unutilised but diverted /eaten away ! 9). For the 7 back ward Districts centre gave 1050 crores but not utilized for the development of these districts, but diverted & eaten away ! So centre took back the fourth installment of 350 crores ! 10). Industrial & petro corridors are inter-state infrastructure projects, totally built by centre ! CBN only has to provide the route map & land, but instead he is asking for funds, how ridiculous it is ! 11). The problem with CBN is that he is asking all bifurcation issues to be implemented within his tenure of 5 years, but as per act there is time till 2024, for two reasons ! One, certain infrastructure/projects require a few years to complete, like educational institutions, constructed, year by year with addition of courses, faculty etc., two, centre cannot part with all its funds in a year or two to one state as it has to take care of all the 29 states & central projects & schemes, by allocating in each budget, depending upon its resources ! But CBN wants all the lakhs of crores to be deposited in his treasury to utilise as he likes ! Ridiculous, so impossible & meaningless of blaming the centre ! 11). While CBN didn't fulfill any of his 709+promises but wants centre to fulfill all its promises ! 12). Even the Anna Canteen is being implemented in token in a few centre after four years ! 13). No sight of Unemployment allowance of Rs.2000 ! He is trying to implement many such promises only at the time of elections to legally bribe the voters ! So what moral right he has to criticize Modi ! 14). What morality he has to criticize Modi, when he purchased 23 YSRCP MLAs, four of which are ministers in his cabinet, one MLC & 3 MPs ? 15) Regarding SCS, he totally lost credibility, as he himself took U turn for Special Package, so now it can't be given by centre, as it is too late & other states started demanding the same ! 16). With regard to release of funds for central Schemes & projects, centre is ready, through Special Purpose Vehicle, a joint bank account of state & centre to avoid misuse, as it can be operated with jount signatures after inspection & audit ! Hari Babu categorically informed in the NCM, requesting CBN to open SPV & inform the account number & the funds will be transferred within a day, but CBN is not interested to have control of centre on this account but he wants all thousands of crores of funds in his treasury account to divert & misuse for coming elections & to fill their bellies ! 17). CBN didn't make any effort to negotiate with KCR for division of both movable & immovable assets between AP & Telangana, as KCR is blackmailing CBN in note for vote case ! 18) Leaving jount capital of Hyderabad 8 years before is a monumental blunder, due to which the division of assets is delayed & being occupied & owned by KCR, so we have lost thosanda of crores for ever ! Whatever huge amount spent on all our share of buildings gone waste ! 19) While the state is in deficit, CBN travels in special flights & helicopters & stays in 7 star hotels for years with family, he & his son drinks in Himakata water only, all are pure waste of extravagant expenditure running in to hundreds of crores ! 20). Pattiseema was built for Krishna & Guntur farmers of his community only, in the name of providing water to Rayalaseema, so also Purushottam project, each costing around 300 crores only, but spent 2000 crores each & looted hundreds of crores ! 21).
