idea seems possible gada. AFAIK banks only cares payments vs earning since home is immovable asset. they don't care about risk of default on payment anymore. For them it is CD Swap at the EOD if so many people defaults and govt. takes care of it. who has ethics these days. no CEO or CFO or executive has them. | ||
