I went through the latest memorandum... it does not mention anything about ech one. It just mentioned that USCS and other departments associated with the border sec have been provided give notice to Appr at their discretion( the updated memo did not included anything pertaining to our coolies) Interview lo since they had done it on one of their director working their and since the interviewer asked about our Coolie jobs, he explained the Decameron where they can send notices.
