The ground reality is people who can do farming themselves are only doing agriculture cos of Labor issues.These days it is very difficult to find farm labor as new generation is getting education and are preferring to do non-agriculture jobs and are moving to town and cities Most of them who can not do on their own are leasing out their land and tenant farmers are already negotiating to decrease the lease rate due to the rythu bandu scheme and many land owners are obliging it. Most agricultural land owners are compassionate and understanding.Many even agree to reduce or forgo the lease amount in cases of draught/floods etc | ||

teeseyyadam kudardu... must ga continue sestar.. but eligible farmers antoo kotha rules pedtar... actually agri land ni lease ni legal ga ivvadaniki oka issue unde.. if a person took it for 20years or so.. he may be eligible for part of it or something like that...ee rule ni peekeste saripoddi.. or not more than 5year leases ani seppali... | ||

Land owners who lease their should pass on the Sops is the best way forward Govt should strictly enforce payment to only to owners who cultivate their land and not keep barren Can you pls suggest how Govt can identify tenant farmers ? Cos tenant farmers have to get agreement from land owners (and if it make landowner ineligible to receive the money from the scheme how many land owners will forgo money ?) If Govt includes tenant farmers with self declaration or certificate from MRO,it will open floodgates for scam and the total people claiming will be more than the population of TG I think Rythu Bandu Scheme will not be forever and may be scrapped after elections citing that it is introduced as temp relief | ||
