simbulu logiccu..i wentup to 179 lbs 3 weeks ago..now at 170 lbs - minimal carbs, very light food, apple cider vinegar and daily running + tennis and some weights every other day

If anyone can recall.. i tried VRK diet for 1 week and lost almost 8-9 lbs. Gained half of them back in a month or so

Idhemi, 60 days lo, rapidex english peeking course kaadhu
ee gogineni diet, thalasani diet follow avuthey, organs dhobbuthai
no one did a thorough research on the long term repurcussions on these diets.

Since you are doing strength training, you woukd have gained some muscle and probably not seeong micj doff on the scale. Fitness is a journey and not a destination ani swamy humptyanandulu var cheppar. 10 days is like a drop in ocean annai. It will take months if not years to see major results. Just keep up with it.

Keep changing your routines. Dont run every day. Inclide HIIT.

1 hour 10 mins on average.

Monna first time 1 hour lo 5 miles complete chesaa

5 miles in one hour may be too low but i am just starting out... so running / jogging / walking / phone checking anni mixed so...

A runner can bike easily with that stamina

My wife does 20-30 miles biking on the weekends

She does MS Bikeride every year for 50+50 miles and tis year she is planning 100+50
