first 4 days baane untadi, 5th day struggle starts knf...coconut oil is very much effective, don't take it directly....soup lo vesukuni teesuko, you wouldn't feel the smell..baane untadi....and timings pettukuni thinaku that is the biggest blunder....eat only when you are hungry and nee schedule lo you are having too many meals, which would slow down the impact almonds, nuts meal chesepude thineyi which is considered as one meal....oil intake kuda split it through out the day from higher grams to lower grams through evening...elaagu 9 days done kabatti after 10days you don't need to take 75grams |

Should not take:- Potatoe Chama Kanda Pendalam Chilakada Beetroot Raw Banana Beans, Naatu Chikkudu, Bataani.
