And please remember - the Investigating officer who finished his AP deputation was promoted and went back to his home state in early 2014. He was not given a posting that he wanted for the last 4 years - and now has taken VRS. The reason - the Govt (after 2014) said - You are IPS and and not suitable for the post you are asking. But there were many many instances in the past where after a certain number of yrs of experience the difference between IAS, IFS, IRS etc blurs - and very senior officers are given posts like even Chairmen of BSNL or even SAIL or even Ambasadors to other countries. | ||

The fact CBI cases were registered between 2010 to 2013. Investigation was complete and charge sheets filed by end of 2013. Arrests were made in 2011/2012. And slowly after 2014, the cases were weakened for lack of evidence. In one case - the CBI has said, our previous evidence is not correct. We are unable to determine if the Iron Ore is from Bellary or Goa!!!!! And Janardhan reddy was let off in 2015/06. Sriramulu - the case itself was totally dismissed. So when did CBI work? When did they not work honestly? | ||

This was CBI evidence and based on this and a lot of other documentary evidence + vidoes, CBI built up a case with 30+ charge sheets. And Gali Janardhana reddy was arrested. Now he is roaming free because BJP is in power at the center. So Congress has released a small part of that evidence to the public. If releasing the evidence to the public is wrong - then they need to be punished. | ||

When UPA was in power, Janardhana reddy was arrested and he was let go after the BJP came to power. So evaru peekinattu.... evaru emi peekanattu? So - they are releasing these evidences to the public to prove how guilty those guys are - and yet roaming free! The intent is to show how the BJP Dep CM candidate is circumventing the law. They would have had a point if Sriramulu was not in BJP that that time.But then and now - he was and is in BJP | ||

This video pertains to the favourable court order of 2010, which said that Gali Janardhana Reddy was innocent. Then VV LakshmiNarayana was handed over the case and Gali Janardhana Reddy and a few other BJP leaders were arrested in Filmi style.The arrest was kept top secret with no one knowing and some cars with decoys being taken to Bangalore while Janardhana Reddy was brought to Hyderabad. A few months after this arrest, Gali Janardhana Reddy's brother, Somasekhara Reddy - currently BJP candidate from Bellari, was arrested in case relating to bribing a CBI judge to secure bail for Gali Janardhana Reddy.
