Depends on your subject. But I would give both views either as a footnote or as part of summary. Another option is to suggest the reader to investigate macro or micro scale for furthering the research. | ||

i got to write a paper i have two approaches. focussing global view. cutting global view and just sticking to a specific fields view...which makes it look big.... for example... combined Andhra Pradesh has 84 million people...which is big when I look from specific demographic criteria while writing a paper...because it is bigger than any other European countries population. but if I write a paper with a global view then the population of Andhra would be irrelevant and the structure would be irrelevant as its a tiny fraction in overall Indian population.
