Answer should have been - I report to my Manager XXXXX at my petioner ... he/she is responsible for my deliverables at the client XXXXX. I report to him/her on my work on day to day basis and we have status calls periodically and send him/her status reports... Day to Day work is assigned by the client manager but my reporting manager at my company is responsbile to make sure the work is delivered on time... My petioner has placed me here to meet the client deliverables.. he is responsible for my payroll and other benefits and day to day deliverables... HR unna, desi manager unna sare same answers isthe better... yes client manager gives me work on day to day basis but my employer is responsible for my deliverables... we have calls on the tasks I am performing and have to update him/her after they are complete. I send a weekend report apart from the day to day calls... Of course its easier said than done but maa employer is following this model on weekly reporting and daily calls | ||
