I did do this diet n even after stopped following this diet..I’m still in weight loss mode...

Bmi now comfortably sitting at 21.9

Just eating only when hungry, coco oil, very very less carbs has become my routine...

Starvation mode loki body vella kante fat kooda theesukokapothe.. Manam fat ikkada bhaari gaa theesukjntam kabatti it starts eating fat not the muscle .. my triglycerides numbers are down to less than half which means fat content in body is reduced

Planning to start it. I think must have are four below:

1) 100 g fat every day ( coconut oil, ghee, olive oil, butter)
2) 3 lemons
3) min 4 Ltd’s liquid ( not liquor)
4) multi vitamin 1 tab per day

Must not eat at all:

Carbs like roti and rice, curd, refined oils and salt , no dals, no beans, no fruits, no sugar or artificial sweeteners , no potato family

List you can eat:

Can eat only when u r hungry : eggs, protein food grilled or fried in fat, vegetBles, salads, dry fruits , one onion and tomato per day, limited carrot.

Vegetable or mutton soup only if you want fast result have it and not solid diet. Also eat only when hungry.

Should we consume Veg Soup everyday (is this required)?
Can we eat "Daals" (pappulu)?
Should be consume Majjiga with just two spoons curd in one litre water AND
also consume the following?
Take 2 Liters curd and add 3 Ltrs of water.
Add mirchi, ginger, garlic etc and keep it in fridge
Take only the top layer of it. Should not take the curd below.

* non-veg not an option ikkada...andukee asking....
