Hmm - different people, different tastes... I loved it ! The characters, the dialogs, the social issues , the razor sharp satire - and it’s a powerhouse ensemble cast ...Rajkummar Rao is a fantastic actor so are Pankaj Tripathi, Raghubir Yadav and Sanjay Mishra - Anjali Patil did good too  Your comment is one of the things the writer hit on - i saw it as an absurdist satire on society where honesty and sincerity is a liability ,dogged persistence in following the law and rules has become idiocy ! eam movie sister..chaala bore kottindhi..looking at the stubborn character i felt like jumping into the police character and hitting this idiot..especially in the climax scene where the protagonist holds gun and asks the villagers to go ahead and vote was really dumb to me.. | ||
