In my 10+ years stay in US, only 2 times dental daggiraki poya cleaning kosam....first vaadu ecosolent ga maintain sethunnavu ..continue annadu second vaadu cleaning/excercise chesi all is well annadu... BTW, I dont eat chocolates, no juices, no sweets, no cold stuff (except while drinking alchohol), most of the times drink hot water/hot tea/coffee even in peak summer I dont do floss at night or brush at night...still following redbus habits but all is well.... | ||

Like most of desis... never went to a dentist in India until i came to usa Ikkada vachaaka kuda once in 2 years for cleaning etc. No major issues. Almost 3 years tarvatha cleaning / usual health check type ani velthe... tagore cinema lo doctors type lo oka pedda list ichaadu 2 teeth need rct and after that one of them may need crown etc each rct ki out of pocket cost almost 480 bucks crown ki out of pocket 750 or so. dental ins is with metlife with 80-20 coverage rct ki 80% covered but crown ki only 50% covered anta I know dental is expensive in america... but maree inta expensive aa? First of all, i have no pain at all..even with cold/hot drinks or sweets etc. just went for regular cleaning... Don't say you don't have enough time.
