The context is - you have a gift of words and language - use it and hone it or lose it and along with it lose some other faculties that it helps sharpen ! Does that answer your question ?

No instant fix - some ways Read , listen to music rich in lyrics, and pay attention to the words , pay attention to the words in well written dialogs and try to use better words (not big words) to express yourself !
