I agree to most of you mentioned but except one

Not just mind but our bodies also have to be stressed

When body stressed or put under tension then stress in mind released

In simpler terms to make a line small without altering it then draw a bigger line

Likewise when your mind or heart in stress and body is in idle or inactive state then
Your mind or heart thinking too much on other issues

To divert now make your body active by doing exercises then your body starts pain and mind
Start addressing this body pain or sourness as that's take priority
And continually do exercise until your body got enough pain or sourness
Then take a break now and repeat this every day

It reduces your stress levels gradually one fine day you will feel healthy and energytic to lead your life better way

So exercise adds life to years and years to your life :-)

I used to get those and sometimes had to take deep breath thru mouth, pulse rate used to go up and had to go to ER twice - anni tests normal.

Anxiety and Panic Attacks are weird phenomena. You think you have no problems.
You feel all is going well. Yet, you experience anxiety and panic attacks. Subconsciously, there is an underlying worry or fear that you don't perceive as a problem but your body knows otherwise. From my experience, doctor visits and pills only have nominal impact (and are unnecessary if I think about it now). Just to make sure all is ok, I went through thorough tests (health screening, MRI, CT Scans, Stress test, etc). In the end what worked like a charm was exercise. Period. Everything else falls into place.
