Orange Theory fitness. recent ga join iya. 4 classes attended so far. no complaints. mee area lo unte try chai. they will give you 1 free session.

Join a bootcamp. Or Cross fit classes at any gym. You will burn 600-800 calories in an hour and also get full body workout.
Hot yoga is another option.

Thanks guys. Diet plan avasaram ledu. I already follow my own. Which involves a combination of different ones. Workout regime kavali.. full body, per day basis..
