Also, keep Potassium and Magnesium 100mg tablets. On 3rd day I started getting shooting pain in my feet and legs and I couldn't sleep all night. Because of this diet those minerals will go down in your body causing muscle ache.

Its been 1 month for me and I am using it daily after that pain, no issues

Food program:- 2 Months Period For Diabetes
Oils-Sunflower Refined Oil (No)
Coconut oil (Yes) 100%
Cow Ghee (Yes) 40% original
Olive Oil (Yes) 40%
Butter (Yes) 40% Amul, Vijaya
Cheese (Yes) 40%
Venna on curd
-------------------
Salt- Kallu Uppu Only (Sea Salt)
--------------------
Egg-Full Boiled Egg (White and Yellow) 1-6 a day
Omlet... Any Way
Any Vegetables Curry Omlets
------------------------------
Eat Curries Directly
------------------------------
Chicken, Mutton, Prawns, Fish, Any Non Veg
300g a day (Every Day) Dont use Tamarind. Naatu kodi, naatu eggs very good for health.
No Rice and No Chapathis
Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Lemon, Ginger Garlic Paste for marination. Home made garam masala.
Deep fridge - 2 hrs.
Fry in above mentioned Oils.
No curd, color, cornflour, sauce, etc.

Outside Food:- If Neccesary
Chicken Tandoori (Without Color)
Chicken Tikka (Without Color)
Chicken Kebab (Without Color)
Chicken Grilled (Without Color)
No Tasting Salt.

Mutton Bones Soup.
1kg mutton bones
2 ltrs water and 12 whitles
Transfer to big vessel. Add 4 Ltrs.
Keep that in small stove and sim about 7 hours. Add vegetables you want. 45 mins.
Take out all the pulp and drink only soup.

Pillar 1- Every day (First 10 days) of the program.
70-100g Fat For Sure
Not Cheese.
Prefer soup with fat.
Next days of program:-
40-70g Fat for sure depends on individual
If got weak add more 10g.

Wallnut/Ocrut - 15 (Spondilities relief) Soak over night in water.

Poddu thirigudu ginjalu,
Water melon seeds
Each 5-6 spoons

Tella Nuvvulu
Avisa Ginjalu
1/4 kg each and fry in ghee and make powder
Take that powder 3-5 spoons a day.

How to Eat:-
Eat as you wish when you feel hungry. Should not eat for every hour or two.

Eat when you feel you are really hungry.
No timings. When body asks you to eat.

Eat only until you hunger feels satisfied not full stomach.

Eat again when you feel hungry. Dont eat for satisfying desire.

Not to take this food:- (Upto Completion of program)
-Rice and related items
-Dhanyalu like jonnalu, raagulu, soojjalu, etc all types of ginjaalu should be banned. No minappapu, chenagapappu in thaalimpu.
-No sweets and consolidates.
-No fruits and fruit juices

bro, couple of docs in my community said it is better to keep an eye on LDL as VRK/Keto diet will increase LDL considerably in "SOME" people.. so it may not be for everyone...

marinate 2 pounds bones with kaaram, salt and garam masala powder for 30 mins

pressure cooker lo add ghee and whole garam masala. vegaaka add half onion mukkalu and one tomato mukkalu ....veegaka add fresh grinded ginger garlic ...add more quantity which gives good taste ... vegaaka add bones and add one litre of water ....close pressure cokker and cook until 12 whistles....pressure poyaaka mootha theesi

Instant pot lo put in saute mode , add ghee and transfer all the content from pressure cooker add 2 more litres of water...konchem boil ayyaka change the mode to slow cook, cover the lid and slow cook for atleast 16 hours

ayyaka ...vala laanti garita theesukuni take out all the pulp from that and add salt if required based on your taste ... thaageppudu oka half nimmakaya pindukuni thaagitheeeeeee......aaha naa raaja

Initial Target Weight: 192 Lbs
Actual Target Weight: 175 Lbs
Height: 5'10

Day1
P1: 75 gm coconut oil (horrible, taking with Green tea)
P2: 2/3 lemons
P3: 4 L water (combining lemons in water and consume)
P4: 1 MVT

Breakfast: Omelette with veg's
Lunch: Spinach Chicken
Dinnr: yet to eplan
Other: 10 Soaked Almonds + 10 Soaked Walnuts
