I had no birth certificate. 10th class dantlo only father peru untundi. I had some affadivit done for myself back in 99 in which there is no mother's name mentioned that time. later produced another affadavit saying my father n mother got married legally. But received ani online lo USCIS check my status/case no (use the number with M) chooinchindi. ivala come for finger prints of 485 ani vachchindi. idi miss or postpone cheste malla eppudostundo telidu. plus recent gaa oka telsina valla parents ki GC vachchindi. vallu miss avakandi leni poni tala neppi annaru. You can contact the Cust Support (though tricky can get hold of them) and check with them if they received your docs or not. the H1 and this case is different. but H1 RFE ki docs submit cheste, same day or next day update aithundi on receipt . this is for calif center. if a premium is feasible, i would suggest you do it. seems USCIS is overwhelmed and cases are piling up | ||

Online lo assalu RFE docs vacchinatlu kuda update cheyaledhu vaadu. I sent the docs by priority mail with signature required. Koncham mee dates share cheyyandi...AP kuda April 2018 ki expire ayipothundi. | ||

Started processing GC for my mother last year. Travel Doc obtained. She is in India now. This evening got a letter from USCIS saying she needs to attend Finger Prints next Monday. She gave one set last year. Is this the final step before GC interview or approval? These days there are interviews being done for GC (via family sponsor). I need to buy a ticket immediately so that she can travel with her Adv Parole and reach here next week.
